Job Description:

Rapidcrew Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of proven experience in human resources, with a specific focus on staffing and recruitment within the industry. This role requires a candidate who is adept at managing the entire HR lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee relations, and is passionate about contributing to the success and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

.

2. Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.

- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. HR Policy and Compliance:

- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.

4. Salary and Payroll Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of salary and payroll management for employees.

- Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

- Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

5. Performance Management:

- Collaborate with management to implement performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.

- Provide guidance and support for employee development and career growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on staffing and recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Experience in salary and payroll management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

-Hand's on knowledge in hiring recruiters for Bench Sales Domain.

Shift time-07:30pm to 04:30am(USA Shift)
