'MDM Intune Infrastructure design, architecture setup with Intune. In depth expertise in Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, device policies, MAM for IOS and Android) Good experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management. Onboarding and configuring and transition to cloud. Microsoft Endpoint Management - Responsible for device management, maintaining the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance. Device Management - ABM and Intune MDM. Setup of Policies. Exposure around Integration and Network security. Device Management- Windows, iOS, Mac OS, Android, Rugged devices and Modern Meeting Room Devices like Polycom, Lenovo, SurfaceHub, HP and Logitech devices.MDM - MobileIron Activate new user provisioning or deactivate users connections on MDM. Assign permissions, access rights and roles on MDM. Physical device replacement, depot support for Mobility devices at remote sites. Manage user queries regarding the MDM policy. Assist users in issues with apps on IOS or Android devices enrolled on MDM platform. Execute housekeeping jobs for application log management, monitoring the MDM database and connections. Log calls with MDM vendor for product bugs and configuration changes as necessary Manage changes to application configuration. Enforce corporate security policies on MDM devices. MDM reporting using the MDM platform (MobileIron). Provide reports on incidents and service request management. Provide reporting statistics and trends regarding mobile devices using MDM platform. Provide Tier 2 support for Mobile tickets using Service Now. 24x7 incident management on call support.' (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
