Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of the recruitment process. As an HR Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to facilitate effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting And Sourcing - Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and our company website.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening - Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position and ensure alignment with company values.
Interview Coordination - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Reference Checks - Conduct reference checks for selected candidates to verify their professional background and performance.
Offer Negotiation - Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Participate in negotiations and assist in finalizing employment terms.
Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Stay Informed - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment legislation.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Bachelors of Commerce.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
