Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to ensure effectiveness.
  • Content Development:
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website, social media, emails, and collateral.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior to improve online presence and user experience.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Track expenses and report on budget performance regularly.
  • Brand Management :
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Certification in relevant marketing disciplines is a plus.
