Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Booking Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing and fulfilling staffing requirements for nurses and HCA within NHS and private hospitals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and hospitals to fulfill staffing needs.
- Manage bookings, ensuring timely placements of staff as per client requirement.
- Maintain and update the booking system with accurate information.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand the demand for healthcare staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Handle administrative tasks related to bookings and placements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in booking shifts on different portals, preferably in UK healthcare recruitment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and booking systems.
