About The Role

Research is a diverse team, with a 50/50 gender split, ten different nationalities, located across seven regions. We care about how we work, and how we work together, and we have fun doing it.

Role Purpose

Publication of ANZ Research and subscriber onboarding and maintenance.

Supports smooth operation of the ANZ Research portal.

What Will Your Day Look Like

Publishing Research reports at a consistently high standard and in a timely manner

Managing onboarding and subscriber maintenance activities; includes account management, proactive monitoring of potential issues and responding to staff and subscriber inquiries

First point of escalation for subscriber verification or inbox questions in Bengaluru delivery team

Maintaining readership data and reporting

Supporting the design and delivery of content (emails, reports, presentations, etc) to support readability and engagement within ANZ guidelines (eg brand, legal)

Coordinating audit activities to manage risk and ensure relevant policies and procedures are adhered to

Supporting the Research digital roadmap; including troubleshooting common user issues; issue resolution with ANZ technology and vendor teams; and undertaking UAT and BVT associated with platform development

Applying the Research compliance framework (Research Operating Procedures) in publishing and subscription processes and practices

Continuous improvement to simplify processes and minimise risks in publishing and subscription management

Creating and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues for collaborative delivery

Manage logistical and technical aspects of Zoom or MS Teams webinars; includes organising invites, publishing to website, responding to registration queries, hosting and post webinar replay tasks

Acting in a manner consistent with our values and purpose

Must Have Skills

Demonstrated ability to use initiative; a desire to improve customer experience by being proactive and persistent

Proficient technical skills including MS Office, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint

Good To Have Skills

Experience and knowledge of Financial Markets and Products

Understanding of corporate structures and investor classifications

Experience in publishing or website delivery and management

Understanding and experience of Content Management Systems, publishing software or platforms

Understanding and experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
