JOB DISCRIPTION*

CONSULTANT MARKETING

Exp-1+years in Telemarketing

Languages- English, Hindi and Tamil

or 

English+ any 2 regional languages other than malayalam

Key Responsibilities;

︎Have patience to solve the issues if the customer was facing.
︎Required handling skill
︎Need to followup the customer.

Main Duties;

● Fresh Lead Calling- Which means the Customer create account and the represantative call the customer and share about the websites and Payment Details.

● Renewal Payments - When the customer not get any sutable Matches from our site followup with them to do renewal (Include offers and everything).Leads and everthing from our end

Note: Its a Matrimony BPO (Sales and Target is there).
