Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Devanahalli Bengaluru, India
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR executive to oversee all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. The HR will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Lead recruitment efforts and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates across levels
- Design and oversee performance management process to build a high-performance culture
- Formulate employee engagement programs and retention strategies
- HR operations including leave, attendance, payroll processing
- Lead learning & and development programs and training workshops
- Oversee statutory and legal compliance related to HR
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- 8+ years of experience in handling end-to-end functions
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent people management skills
- Business acumen and analytical mindset
- Hands-on experience in using HRMS tools requires strong leadership capabilities along with a strategic mindset to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce

- ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
