Job description

This is in reference to a job opportunity of Associate Product Manager at Uplers.

Job Type - Remote

Shift - General Shift

Total Experience - 1- 4 Years

Roles and Responsibilities : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch. Convert product strategy into detailed requirements in form of PRDs and feature documents. Utilize market data to develop sales strategies and set product objectives for impactful marketing communications. Work closely with design, operations and engineering teams to ensure product development, QA, and release are aligned. Craft product positioning and messaging that distinctly positions our internal and external products in the hiring industry. Bridge the gap of product understanding and product usage amongst internal and external users. Manage production timelines, roadmaps, priorities, demos and improvements to existing products across various departments and oversee the go-to-market strategy for new product ideas. Work in an agile environment, regularly reviews completed work and checks with design and engineering teams, along with maintaining tasks/priorities on JIRA. Systematically gather, organize, and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Project Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience in product management role, in a product based company. Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams and managing collaboration. Experience in delivering finely tuned product documents & detailed strategies Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
