Role And Responsibilities - Welcome guests to the venue with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate wait times and maintain waiting lists to ensure efficient seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and assist customers with booking inquiries.
- Escort customers to their assigned dining or bar areas and provide them with menus.
- Greet customers upon their departure and thank them for choosing our restaurant.
- Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations and efficient seating options.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Cater to guests who require extra attention, such as children and the elderly.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer queries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Assist the wait staff by supporting them with various tasks as needed.
Candidate Qualifications - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
