Job Description:
Workday HCM Configuration:
Utilize deep expertise in Workday HCM to configure and customize the system based on business requirements.
Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand and translate business processes into effective Workday configurations.
Integration:
Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday Integration tools.
Ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across integrated platforms.
Time Tracking and Absence Management:
Implement and enhance Time Tracking and Absence Management modules in Workday.
Configure rules, policies, and workflows to optimize time and absence tracking processes.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and customize reports and dashboards within Workday to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with end-users to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.
User Support and Training:
Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to Workday functionality.
Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and promote self-service capabilities.
Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Engineer.
Proficiency in Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
Strong understanding of HR and finance processes.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
