Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Senior Partnership Manager to join our growth and marketing team @ Truemeds.

Responsibilities: Drive user acquisitions and build alternate revenue channels via relevant brand partnerships, affiliates, and alliances for exponential growth. Own the entire partnership space with corporates, brands, NGOs, hospitals, diagnostic centers and other relevant institutions. Structure deals with partners to meet the business objectives while achieving acquisition or branding awareness for Truemeds. Work with the marketing team to design, develop and implement loyalty programs/membership programs, barter promotions etc in partnership with other brands/corporates. Setting and monitoring KPIs, measuring the impact of partnership activity and making necessary changes to course correct and drive value generation. Ability to identify the right channels and partnerships, drive them to closure across a) commercials negotiation b) liaising with legal teams c) charting clear outcomes. Strategizing newer ways to grow current partnerships. Ensuring all tasks, deliverables, documentation, and agreements are created and executed with the highest level of accuracy. Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, legal, revenue, comms, product, and finance. Work with partners to develop and implement joint programs and initiatives to drive business growth and revenue. Manage budgets and financial performance related to partnerships, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and developing action plans to achieve financial targets.

Must haves: 4-5 years of relevant experience in the health care sector Proven track record of growing the business exponentially via partnerships and alliances Relationship management skills Communication skills and critical thinking
