Company Description Race Dynamics India Pvt. Ltd. is a privately held automotive Research and Development facility recognised by the Government of India Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. Based in Bangalore since 2004 and formally incorporated into a private limited company in 2008, Race Dynamics is India’s first and only company successfully involved with automotive electronics, engine control developments for motorsports, aftermarket and OEM research. Race dynamics is involved with indigenous research, design, development, manufacturing, sales and support of automotive and related electronic components.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive located in Bangalore. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for analytical skills, customer support, technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service. The Technical Support Executive will be required to provide assistance and resolve any technical problems for customers in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in customer support and technical support Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Any degree would suffice, but a passion for automobiles is a must! Experience with automotive knowledge is a plus Language: English and Hindi is mandatory. South Indian languages will be an added advantage.Job tags
