As a Sales Development Representative at Joveo, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and high-performing sales team. You will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our customer base by identifying and qualifying prospective clients. Your passion for technology and consultative sales approach will be key in promoting Joveo's innovative recruitment advertising solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities - Lead Generation: Conduct extensive research to identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Qualification: Engage with leads and perform a thorough needs analysis to understand their hiring challenges and align Joveo's solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Discovery Calls: Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients to educate them about Joveo's offerings and position the value proposition effectively.
- Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with leads to foster long-term business partnerships, ensuring consistent engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing department to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts, sharing insights from the field to enhance the overall sales process.
- Data Management: Accurately update and manage lead information, prospecting activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Sales Enablement: Stay up-to-date with Joveo's products, market trends, and industry news to effectively communicate the latest developments and advancements to potential clients.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards and exceed individual and team-based sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue goals.
Requirements - Experience: Proven track record in sales development or inside sales roles, ideally in the technology or SaaS industry. Experience in recruitment advertising or HR technology will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
- Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable working with various sales and marketing tools, including CRM software, email automation platforms, and social media channels.
