Job description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainer in the Telecom Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about imparting knowledge to team members. The Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce to ensure they meet the high standards expected in the rapidly evolving telecom sector. The successful candidate will also be responsible for a team of telecom professionals, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting performance targets, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training sessions on various aspects of telecommunications, including but not limited to network technologies, customer service, and industry best practices.
  2. Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure relevance and accuracy in alignment with industry trends and company policies. Good knowledge to draft mails to clients with technical / commercial proposals along with company profile.Â
  3. Supervise a team of telecom professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve performance targets and objectives.
  4. Monitor team performance metrics, such as key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  5. Work with upper management to develop and implement strategic plans for the telecom team, aligning with overall company objectives.
  6. Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay abreast of technological advancements and incorporate them into training programs.
  7. Assess the training needs of employees and design customized training plans to address skill gaps and enhance overall performance.
  8. Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including workshops, presentations, e-learning, and hands-on exercises, to cater to diverse learning styles.
  9. Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members, assisting them in applying newly acquired knowledge and skills in their roles.
  10. Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure training content aligns with legal and industry requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure, technologies, and operations.
  3. Previous experience in training and development, with a focus on telecommunications or related fields.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  6. Certifications in training or related areas will be a plus.
