Manage automation hardware products throughout their lifecycle from planning to execution, including managing balance between specification, timelines and cost Knowledge and familiarity with hardware development process. Understanding of Stage Gate Stage or similar process of hardware product development. Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams. Experience drafting Product and Market Requirements Documents. Define automation product strategy and roadmap – understanding current and anticipated future need Own and prioritize product enhancement feature list Basic understanding of Mechanical/Controls/Embedded Engineering is a plus. Basic knowledge of software development

Requirements Educational Qualification - B.Tech /MBA 5-8 Years of Experience Developing our service and product portfolio as well as promoting and selling our products to end-customer. Drive end to end automation products Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction. Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas and/or products. Support customers and the organization with expert knowledge in selected product areas and work with the pricing of products and services. Drive business development for new sales areas. Obtains product market share by working with the sales team to develop product sales strategies. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses and answering questions and requests. Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production. Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, and costing special and customized orders. Works with marketing and sales departments to ensure product success and market growth.
