Job description

Job Title : Cisco Voice (Management)

Experience : 10 Years

Location : Hyderabad

OSI Digital is looking for a Senior Cisco Voice Equipment Administrator, with a wealth of experience exceeding 10 years, should be a seasoned professional responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of the Cisco voice communication infrastructure within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Cisco Unified Communications solutions and the ability to provide technical leadership to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Architecture and Design

1. Experience on Cisco Hosted Contact Center for UCCE platform along with Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.

2. Lead the design and architecture of complex Cisco Unified Communications solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals.

3. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance voice communication capabilities.

4. Oversee the implementation and optimization of Cisco voice infrastructure components, including Call Manager, Unity Connection, and voice gateways.

5. Conduct regular assessments to optimize system performance and resource utilization.

Technical Leadership

1. Excellent/Advanced understanding of Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communication portfolio: Cisco Unified Communications Manager; Cisco Unity Connection; Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express, Cisco Contact Centre Enterprise.

2. Demonstrable experience designing, deploying, and supporting Unified Communication solutions which include Cisco Voice best practices, disaster recovery, dial plan development and reporting.

3. IP telephone provisioning & de-provisioning (including CSS, Partition, hunt grouping, device pool, gateway management)

4. Maintenance activities related to IP phones, softphones, faxes, applications & voice devices.

5. Perform regular health checks, housekeeping and preventive maintenance activities.

6. Strong understanding of telephony dial plan, implementation, and call control/routing protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, FXO, FXS, and POTS.

7. Knowledge and experience of deploying and(or) troubleshooting voice gateways, media resources such as conferencing, transcoding, MTP, and MoH, and voice endpoints such as IP phones, and CIPC (softphones).

Required Skills:

1. 6-8 Years of technical experience in supporting end-to-end Telephony VOIP Infrastructure.

2. Hands on experience working on with backup systems and Disaster Recovery methods for both CUCM and Unity Connection Servers

3. Minimum 3 + years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco UC applications such as CUCM, Unity/Unity Connection, IM&P, and others.

4. Knowledge of Cisco Cloud Collaboration portfolio - Cisco WebEx Centers, Cisco WebEx Cloud Connected Audio, Cisco WebEx Meetings Server, Cisco Collaboration Meeting Rooms

5. Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Cisco UC solutions and technologies for enterprise-level customers.

6. Professional certification – CCNA Voice/CCNP Voice is an added advantage

1. Is not willing to work from Office

2. Is not willing to be part of 24/7 shift Schedule

3. Never worked in the Managed Services / Support Environment

4. Never worked with International Clients and conducted or managed review meetings.
