Job Responsibilities He/She must have good technical knowledge. Candidate must be able to train/educate the customers. Candidate must be fluent in English. Candidate must be good in data analysis and proficient in Excel. Candidate must be able to troubleshoot the problem at customers end. Candidate must handle and resolve the queries in a efficient way. He/She must be able to travel to remote place rigorously on a short period of notice.
