Skills Required : Compensation and Benefits, HR analytics, Compliance, MIS
Education/Qualification : MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field.
Role :

What you will be doing:

· Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.

· Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.

· Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.

· Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).

· Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.

· Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans.

· Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.

· Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.

· Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.

· Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.

· Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics.

· Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.

· Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.

· Process month on month employee payroll payments on time and through the proper channels.

· Verify all overtime hours with the appropriate management personnel prior to issuing payroll checks.

· Oversee internal payroll and accounting audits on a semi-annual basis.

· Develop and implement company policies and regulations.

· Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.

· Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.

· Data acquisition, storage, processing, administration, and maintenance (MIS)

· Collecting and analyzing Human Resource data in order to improve an organization’s workforce performance.

What you need to bring:

· Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role.

· Experience in HR analytics, compliance and MIS.

· Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.

· Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.

· Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems

Good analytical skills.

· Familiarity with labor legislation.

· Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.

· MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field.

· Major focus on ops excellence, team management and training.

Experience : 8 to 12 Years
