Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Executive at Axxeluss Mavens, Bhutani Cyberpark Noida sector 62
Our Requirement :

Immediate Joiners
Minimum Qualification : 2 years in IT recruitment
Salary : 2.20 to 2.40 LPA per annum
Key Responsibilities:
· Trainer Recruitment:
· Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified trainers for various programs.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and requirements.
· Logistics and Operations:
· Coordinate logistics for trainers, including travel arrangements and accommodation.
· Maintain attendance records and ensure timely submission for billing purposes.
· Oversee trainers' expenses and billing reconciliation.
· Client Interaction:
· Act as a liaison between trainers and clients for scheduling and operational matters.
· Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining a positive working relationship.
· Documentation and Compliance:
· Manage all HR-related documentation for trainers.
· Ensure compliance with HR policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
· Performance Management:
· Conduct regular performance reviews for trainers.
· Identify areas for improvement and provide necessary support and training.
Qualifications
Proficient in HR Management and HR Operations
Target-oriented with swift decision-making abilities
Proven experience in offline Employee Relations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Effective team player with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Previous experience in the training, consulting, or IT industry is advantageous
