Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to various customer segments. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Create compelling and personalized email content that resonates with the target audience. Utilize customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant content. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of email campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline email workflows and increase efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and data analysts, to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align email marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free content.
