Hiring for Territory Sales Manager for Ahmedabad location

Role: TSM's (Territory Sales Manager) role objective is to support and direct sales efforts and to drive market expansion in a particular region and achieve organizational objectives. Conducting market segment analysis, identify thrust areas /customers basis easy wins with less effort and larger volume size of the market, and creating a yearly business plan that focuses on key customers/segment will be under his responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Sales, Customer management and distributor handling Customer acquisition and new product customer addition. SO Achievement, market expansion, yearly sales handling and distributor payments Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails Acting as a contact between all brands and its existing and potential markets Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sales. Also negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers and challenging any objectives with a view to getting the customer to buy Recording sales and other information and maintaining MIS reports Individual Contributor role.

Skills: Existing strong relationship with the customers Excellent selling & negotiation skills Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi + 1 regional language Good analytical skills Distribution & Distributor Management

Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management / MBA / management course.

Experience: 6 - 12 years total FMCG + HORECA experience can be considered
