Job Overview EDHR is seeking an
HR Recruiter to join our team. As an Assistant Recruiter, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Teachers Colony, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and requires a junior level of experience with 1 to 3 years in recruitment.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Networking and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Roles And Responsibilities - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks, etc.)
- Co-ordinate with Client and understand their requirements
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess the candidate's suitability and interest
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Client
- Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements
- Maintain candidate database and update applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as managing calendars, arranging candidate travel, and preparing recruitment materials
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Assist in the negotiation and preparation of employment offers
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
