Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warranty Executive to join our team at AUTOBAHN TRUCKING CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Warranty Executive, you will be responsible for handling warranty decisions, coordinating with suppliers and service centers, and ensuring prompt reimbursement for warranty claims. This position offers a Mid-Level opportunity with 4 to 6 years of experience and is based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. It is a Full-Time role.

Location - Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Ratnagiri, Goa

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of warranty processes and policies
• Ability to make informed warranty decisions based on product defects
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain warranty claim documents
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Keen interest in automotive industry and commercial vehicles

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for warranty decision for the product defects reported to workshop
• Coordinate with DICV AO for required approvals for warranty claims
• Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in workshop
• Dispatch all the failed parts to DICV on request
• Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap
• Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement
• Upkeep of warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits
• Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their respective parts warranty claim
• Update workshop personnel on the latest warranty policy changes
