Washington Wires Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of MIG CO2 Welding wires (AWS: ER70S6) with a strong emphasis on quality. We use Assomac's machines, one of the pioneers in the Welding Machine Manufacturing industry, to manufacture our wires. We are based in Coimbatore, India.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily production schedules, planning and coordinating production activities, managing a team of production workers, monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Production Management skills
- Experience in production scheduling and production planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Experience in the welding industry is a plus
