• Delivery experience of delivering India Government project
• Should have lead multi location deliveries across the nation
• Proven experience of handling large system integration projects as a Delivery head
• Must have managed large teams
• Should have technology exposure
• Must have infrastructure experience
• Desirable to have experience in the captive hiring space
• Desirable to have applications experience
• Desirable to have enterprise/ private sector delivery experience
