Role And Responsibilities As an Executive Sr. Executive Branch Operations, you will be responsible for handling the daytoday branch operations, including front desk and backend activities. Your key activities will include:
- Coordination with CAMS for accurate processing and timely payouts, while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Overall management of service and coordination among sales and distribution teams
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for smooth processing of transactions
- Managing branch administration activities
- Upselling Mutual Fund products to both retail and HNI clients
- Responding to customer queries with a focus on customer satisfaction
Candidate Qualifications Education: Graduate
Additional CertificationsTrainings: NISM V A
Prior Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in the Mutual Fund or BFSI domain
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of mutual fund practices, SEBI regulations, and compliance
IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel
