The Opportunity 

As a Manager AdCloud, you will be proficient in creating and nurturing a high-performing team of Account Managers.  You will utilize your expertise of Media strategy, Account management, Client Management & Ad operations to help individuals build strategy for media activation and performance optimization.  Your strong background as a people leader will be required to keep the team motivated to deliver a top-notch work quality and will inspire them to aim towards a bigger organizational goal.  You must acquire thorough organizational awareness to guide team members for their career development discussion.  You will be expected to demonstrate an excellent stakeholder management skill under all circumstances.  You must poses strong executive presence and will be involved presenting business reviews, people success, challenges & mitigation plans to senior leadership team.
