1. Basic understanding of ESG terms and financial understanding (good to have)
2. Fetch, download sustainability report of companies.
3. Well versed with excel.
4. Financial / business research as background
5. This role is for company stocks analysis.
6. Analyst job (investment research role)
7. For this role earlier people got deployed from Bloomberg/Morning Star/Corporates (Value serve)
8. Min qualification should be Graduate.
9. Exp – 1-3 years (jr. role)
10. Interview process: 1 hour interview on call – give the case study on call itself – look for annual report and populate the questions.

2-3 years Mutual Fund/Equity research analyst with good excel skills and communication skills should be able to crack this.
