Job Description - Financial Reporting : Book Closure and preparation of detailed variance analysis
- Audit : Managing timely closure of statuary & internal audit in adherence with ICAI guidelines
- Treasury & Cash Management: Managing the company's liquidity & over see the cash flow.
- Compliance and Governance
- System & Process Improvement: Automation of reports
- Organising Board meetings & AGM , handling the board queries.
The Successful Applicant - Qualified CA with 5+ years of experience in Controllership, financial Closure, reporting & Audit function.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws & regulations.
- Significant exposure to General Ledger functions & month end close process
- Comprehensive knowledge in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in Health care industry is desirable.
