Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Digital Marketing Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and leading teams in various digital marketing initiatives. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth across various online channels.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing, including inbound marketing, performance marketing, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and third-party marketing automation. Oversee the design and optimization of ads, landing pages, and websites to maximize conversion rates and user engagement. Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple online channels to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities. Implement and manage lead nurturing funnels to guide leads through the customer journey and improve conversion rates. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, segment audiences, and personalize marketing communications. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and Hotjar to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive targeted traffic. Manage Google AdWords, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SMM (Social Media Marketing) campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of success in driving results and leading teams. Experience working in a

Digital Marketing Agency & an edtech company

is a plus. Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment. Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including inbound marketing, performance marketing, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Experience with third-party marketing automation platforms, lead nurturing funnels, and CRM systems. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and Hotjar to track and analyze campaign performance. Strong understanding of social media advertising, Google AdWords, PPC, SEM, and best practices. Ability to define and track outcome and result metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Reporting Structure: The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Head.
