Role And Responsibilities

As a Front Office Trainer at Kezan Consulting, your main responsibility will be to supervise and train the back office staff in efficient store operations. You will ensure that all staff members are trained in maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. Your role will involve overseeing inventory management, coordinating orders, and ensuring a fully-stocked store. You will also be responsible for designing service flow and training programs for the back office staff.

Candidate Qualifications

  • BSc/BA degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management or relevant field.
  • Previous work experience as a Back Office Trainer.
