Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assessor located in Kochi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assessor will be responsible for administering assessments, ensuring test security, and providing excellent customer service to candidates. The role requires maintaining detailed records, adhering to policies and procedures, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry
• Experience administering assessments, proctoring exams, and ensuring test security
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of assessment and testing industry best practices is a plus

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the core area
