Job description
The IT Infrastructure Security Analyst plays a crucial role in safeguarding an Prodapt digital assets and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems. This role involves analyzing and implementing security measures for the Prodapt IT infrastructure to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Monitor the organization's IT infrastructure for security incidents, anomalies, and potential threats.
Utilize security information and event management (SIEM) tools to analyze logs and alerts for suspicious activities.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments on the IT infrastructure to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Develop and maintain incident response plans to effectively respond to security incidents.
Ensure that security best practices are incorporated into the architecture of new and existing systems
Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness
Implement and manage security measures for the organization's network infrastructure
Monitor and analyze network traffic for signs of malicious activity
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in IT security, with a focus on infrastructure
In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
