Role: Marketing Manager Staffing Reporting to: Business Head Experience: 5 to 6 years out of which at least 3 to 4 years in companies like Teamlease, Adecco, Naukari, Shine, Work India, etc. Functional areas: Business Development, Marketing. Educational: MBA or post-graduation in marketing. Specific Responsibilities Put together an execution plan involving Identification of industries amenable to employing migrant workforce Identification of specific target companies in these industries with well defined calling plan Developing value proposition for the potential customers Submitting proposals to the clients, negotiating commercial terms and signing contracts with the clients Coordination with the supply team for fulfilling the order Form partnership/ alliances with industry associations Weekly MIS for the directors Quarterly updates for the board Compensation: Mix of fixed compensation and variable compensation linked to delivery of certain agreed milestones Location: Mumbai Joining: 1 to 2 monthsJob tags
