Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications using Selenium and Java. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across various platforms. Identify and report defects, issues, and risks to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Document test cases, test plans, and test results for future reference. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA methodologies and tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java programming language, and automation testing frameworks. Strong understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred: Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
