Role Description

Xperteez Technology is seeking a Sales Lead in Surat to oversee our regional sales team. This full-time on-site role entails generating leads, developing relationships with prospects, creating and managing sales plans and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
• Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role, preferably with a focus on Insurance sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
• Experience in developing and executing targeted sales plans, managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and analytics tools is a plus
• Self-starter with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong industry knowledge, business acumen, and analytical abilities
• Must be able to work on-site in Surat.
