Job Description – Area Sales Manager
- New business development by working on the company provided leads and capitalization on the leads acquired by past experiences of the candidate
- Coordinating with the sales coordinator in maintaining monthly volumes with existing clients and providing 5-10% growth in those volumes, monthly visits to them and analyzing their bottle necks and providing full satisfaction.
- Providing detailed market feedback to sales coordinator regarding new products to be introduced in the market, challenges in the present product, competitor market share, branding requirements updates, competitor policies and prices.
- Analyzing the need of a secondary sales executive and appointing the same for channel partners while keeping the company margins intact. Full route and client analysis of these manpower's to ensure maximum profitability of the channel partners.
Pre-requisites
- The candidate should have a vehicle of his own for travel, own laptop (running cost to be borne by the company)
- We sell material on advance payment basis only, credit exposure to class 1 clients or against bank securities.
- We do not work on sales target basis; we have our own performance parameters which will determine your score and incentive policy.
- Preferable location for each state is as below – 1. Punjab – Ludhiana , Rajasthan – Ajmer , UP – Kanpur/Lucknow
