What would your role at Navi Look Like
● Perform regular call audits/side barging/field visits to assess and govern the quality of the process.
● Identify Insights and remedy errors for the process.
● Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
● Compile and analyze data.
● Publish error analysis and training needs indicators.
● Investigate customer complaints and publish RCA.
What are some good skills for this role
● Proven work experience in process improvement, process excellence, and quality assurance.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst (Six Sigma/Lean Management)
