We are looking for a junior web analytics analyst who will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data from online platforms to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing digital presence.The candidate should have expertise in utilizing various web analytics tools such as Open Web Analytics, Smartlook, Woopra, SimilarWeb, and Fox Metrics.
Responsibilities - Strong understanding of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics,Open Web Analytics, Smart Look, Woopra, Similar Web, and Fox Metrics.
- Set up and configure Open Web Analytics, Smartlook, Woopra, SimilarWeb, and Fox Metrics to track and analyze website and app performance.
- Good understanding on SEO and Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Experience in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Gmail, Zoom, and Outlook.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior on digital platforms using the implemented analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports to provide stakeholders with key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for website and app optimization.
- Generate regular reports on website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to tracking implementations or data discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in web analytics.
Qualification - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
