Job Requirements
Educational Qualification: Minimum of Engineering Degree (B.E) in reputed University. MBA Preferable Preferable SAP SD Certified Domain Expertise: Minimum of 12 years of overall Experience in SAP SD Lead to Cash process including Order to billing in SAP Sales and Distribution, integration with GST, E-waybill and E-Invoicing, Materials Management (MM), and finance consulting experience in the discrete manufacturing industry. Minimum 1+ years of Sales Domain experience, Exposure in areas of Dealer network, retail Sales – Domestic / exports, Inventory, distribution Logistics execution and Taxation. Helpdesk support Experience in S/4HANA SAP SD, integration with MM all SAP key modules including FICO, GST. Proven experience in interfaces and third-party integration applications is required. Techno-functional consultant preferably in ABAP programming, FIORI, UI applications, and debugging skills. Work experience in warehouse management and JIT/JIS processes in SAP is required. Roles & Responsibilities Deliver business processes and enhancements of SAP SD in SAP S/4HANA environment of the company and its group companies. Implementation and Production support and maintenance of SAP modules SAP SD of the company and its group companies. Understand the present process, identify the areas of improvement, and implement the same. Create & and update functional documentation, business process flow, and business requirements document along with business stakeholders. Work with the Technical development team to provide solutions to users. Test the developments done including unit testing and facilitate end-user testing. Configure and Modify SAP SD requirements with the integration of the FICO module based on the business process requirements. Documentation of configurations, Helpdesk activities, and process enhancements. Train the users on the availability of options in reports, transactions, and their appropriate usage. Learn new functionalities in SAP. Learn, demonstrate, and deploy them for customers. Periodically assess the knowledge level of users and suggest training. Travel to Group locations mostly within India as and when necessary. Key skills: Process Knowledge in the discrete manufacturing industry for configuration of SAP SD Lead to Cash process, integration with Materials Management, warehouse management, inventory management, Quality management, integration of FICO module, and Taxation with respect to GST. Explore creativity and Innovation on the process Knowhow of SAP standard roles, authorizations, and profiles in SAP Minimum ABAP technical skills including debugging skills preferred. Good interpersonal skills for coordination with business key stakeholders during Project management, incident management, and problem management. Individual Skills Should have excellent communication skills (written & and oral). Proficiency in Hindi/Telugu could be an added advantage. Co-ordinate with peers of other Modules / Verticals regarding process feasibility on integration based on User Requirements and explore the new functionalities in SAP. Able to interact with key business users, business end users, Plant heads, and Consultants regarding new process study, modification of existing processes, Production support, and queries regarding existing processes.
