Job description

we are hiring for our client Iris polymers.

• Candidates who have experience in the Sales of Agriculture products like Drip, Sprinkler Irrigation systems.
• Team handling and leadership skills is must. Hire a capable team for the region.
• Travelling to visit potential area-dealer and distributors.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.

• Development of market share as per the assigned target
• Providing technical training to teams and dealers
• Develop dealer network in the assigned area
• Handling grievances and complaints of the farmers and dealers
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
• Calculating client quotations
• Negotiating tender and contract terms
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Offering after-sales support services
• Administering client accounts
• Analysing costs and sales
• Preparing reports for head office
