Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Business Manager based in Guwahati. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for developing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships. The Area Business Manager will work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Experience in managing a team of sales representatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IoT solutions and related technologies
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
