Job description
Looking for a female IT Recruiter with 2 Years of experience in IT recruitment .Kindly note candidate must be from Delhi or Noida and only work from the office
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels social media and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct prescreening interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process including interview feedback and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations
- Provide regular and adhoc reports on recruitment activities and outcomes
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the organization
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or relevant field
- 2 years of Proven work experience as a technical recruiter in executive search firm or recruiter in the IT industry
- Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting techniques specific to IT roles
- Strong understanding of IT job requirements and technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and placement
- Experience in conducting different types of interviews (technical behavioral etc.)
- High level of adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced environment
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks within the IT industry
