Salary Range

- Fixed CTC 9.50 LPA + Performance Incentives (Depending upon interview evaluation)

Candidates from IT, Software Solutions, Digital / Electronic signage & DOOH advertising shall be preferred.

Job Description: Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategy and client acquisitions. Your role includes, prospecting, pursuing, and converting client leads regularly. Manage an aggressive sales generation process and systems. You will meet Sales targets for every week and drive your teams in achieving their weekly sales targets. Sign-up new clients and will have to ensure their expectations are well met. Represent the company in making sales presentations and successfully onboarding new clients. Mentor, recruit, build a good team of salespeople and ensure high-performance standards form your team.

Expectations - Outstanding Oral and written Communication Skills.

Lead generation and lead management of prospective clients with good conversion record. Excellent client management skills. Must have the ability to understand client’s business challenges and needs and convert them into the organization’s revenue. Capability of selling technology products and services is important. Leadership skills are paramount, should be able to build and lead a great team under him/her. Experience :

Minimum work experience should be 7 years with hard core sales experience of 5+ years. Very good track record of exceeding their sales target consistently. Must have experience in working with retail accounts in fashion, banking, durables, hospitality, technology or beauty industry. Managed a minimum 2 member sales team both online and offline sales. Must have successfully generated leads using online and offline media. Handled business opportunities across India and managed partner agencies and groups productively. Attitude

Salesman/woman to the core, aggressive and performance oriented. Enjoys people interactions in person. Should be smart and a great team player. Is ready to handle exponential role growth and aggressive targets. Knowledge :

Must have keen interest in technology. Should have a very sound understanding of retail business and client challenges. Have used social media very successfully to generate leads and manage brands campaigns. Know how to handle Pan-India sales network for retail and institutional sales.
