Hummingbird Scientific is currently seeking an experienced Project Management Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve directly managing day-to-day project operations alongside staff as well as assisting senior management in making crucial decisions for project planning.

The Project Management Coordinator will take ownership of project execution, utilizing software to manage a diverse portfolio of projects. Your primary focus will be guiding our team to success, with a keen ability to identify and elevate projects when they veer off track. We're looking for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys pushing boundaries, and finds joy in driving projects forward.

Key Qualifications

• 5 + years of professional project portfolio management
• Experience with formal project portfolio management software
• Skilled in elevating projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience training and coaching a team in project management
• Professional-level English (verbal and written)

Optional Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Science, Technical, or Engineering Background
• Have worked in a Manufacturing Environment
• Budget experience related to p roject management
