Position: Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)
Location: Bangalore
Salary: INR 16k to 21k
Education: Graduates (Except BE & Btech) with freshers or minimum 2 years gap
Shift: Night Shift
Week off: Saturday & Sunday
Shift Time: 5:30pm to 2:30am
Experience:
- Freshers
- 1+ year of experience into voice process
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification.
- Document denials and take necessary actions.
- Contact insurance carriers based on client appointments.
- Work on outstanding claims reports and account receivable reports.
- Call insurance companies to check the status of unpaid claims.
- Willingness to work on various voice processes as needed.
- Maintain daily logs and meet client SLAs.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Escalate issues to seniors promptly.
