Job Overview

FLY Consulting Services is looking for a Customer Service representative to join our team. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent support and assistance. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are seeking candidates with less than 1 year of experience who are fluent in Hindi and English and have good customer service, tele sales, and convincing skills.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of tele sales and convincing techniques.
  • Basic understanding of banking processes and terminology.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in dealing with customer information.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if required.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems by identifying the best solution and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
  • Ensure customer inquiries and issues are properly escalated and resolved.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed.
