Job Overview FLY Consulting Services is looking for a Customer Service representative to join our team. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent support and assistance. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are seeking candidates with less than 1 year of experience who are fluent in Hindi and English and have good customer service, tele sales, and convincing skills.
Qualifications And Skills - Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of tele sales and convincing techniques.
- Basic understanding of banking processes and terminology.

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if required.
Roles And Responsibilities - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems by identifying the best solution and following up to ensure resolution.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
- Ensure customer inquiries and issues are properly escalated and resolved.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed.
