The position
As a Global Marketing Lead, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead collaboration with brand cross functional team to build and execute commercial strategy and defining objectives for creative asset development.
Drive the development of prioritized nonpromotional and promotional assets in collaboration with the agency.
Support Digital initiatives to contribute to the execution of brand strategy.
Ensure seamless integration of assets into the content hub.
Provide guidance to affiliate markets for using global content & localizing them.
Provide technical support on modular content.
Coordinate and assemble internal launch packages.
Oversee agency activities, financial planning, and follow-up.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to execute plans.
Experience working matrix structure organization with multiple key stakeholders participating in decision making.
Proven depth of strategic and tactical experience, preferably including successful launch and brand experience (recent launch experience is preferred).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 9 – 12 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical marketing/brand strategy/sales.
Experience in brand management and development of global tactical marketing materials
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive MLR approval processes.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Advanced IT and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiations & conflict management skills
About the department
The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Hemophilia and growth disorders. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
