Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM - Sales to join our team at DCS Group. As the AGM - Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, developing sales strategies, managing a team, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and possess strong leadership skills.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing sales data
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets and KPIs

- Strong recruiting and hiring abilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
- Set and track sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to the sales team
- Participate in recruitment processes and assist in building a high-performing sales team
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
